great, great Chinese Dive Bar. They have good food, too. They offer the typical Chinese-fair and great portions. Bar is small and friendly. They have a parking lot, too.
Drinks and Food are very reasonably priced.
I've sat mostly in the bar, the dining room is great too, just a little quieter and brighter.
All these dive bars are getting torn down or sold and revamped, but the bartender, Karry, said "We're not going anywhere" -

Great casual Chinese restaurant! For what it is (i.e. a cheap divey Chinese joint), it's my favorite in Portland. You'll find great prices and super friendly staff here. The food isn't gourmet, but if you have an itch for cheap Chinese takeout, this'll scratch it.
